Desert Hills IV is one of the premiere areas in Green Valley, Arizona.  A quiet age restricted community, consisting of 224 homes, designed for active seniors 55 and over.

It was not until the late 1980s that Desert Hills IV became it's own entity, currently known as Green Valley Desert Hills No. 4, Inc., which is governed by a seven-member Board  of Directors.  It created it's bylaws and CC&R's (Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions), which are the  governing documents that dictate how any homeowner association operates and what rules their owners,  tenants and guests must follow. 

The association holds five meetings a year during the months of October,  November, February, March and April.  All members are encouraged and are welcome to attend.

The Board of Directors encourage it's owners to become involved in their  governance by becoming a board member or to get  involved in the many  committees.
